Job Overview

AUV Flight Services is seeking a highly skilled Payload Operator to support customer flight operations. This role involves coordinating ground and flight operations of a TASE 400, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payload operations, including ground maintenance, pre-flight checks, and post-flight procedures.
  • Operate the Payload (TASE 400) and CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication with ground crews and mission coordinators.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • + 3 years of experience as a Payload Operator
  • +100 hours of experience in Payload Operations (Unmanned and/or Manned and/or Aerostat)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Pass a Background Check
  • Work Experience in the aviation field
  • Ability to work night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ViewPoint payload program
  • Multi-UAV/manned platform experience

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. AUV Flight Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
