Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Minimum one year of current experience in the Intensive Care Unit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN degree.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Work Schedule: Part-time, 32 hours per week, with variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
