Position Overview:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver essential support in the safe and effective care of patients across various age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Your role is vital in ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily living activities of patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Valid Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred, but related experience will be considered.
