  • Monitor team performance and attendance, alerting Supervisors to any challenges.
  • Keep track of inventory levels necessary for departmental operations and inform Supervisors of any shortages.
  • Create training plans, deliver training for new employees, monitor their progress, and communicate updates to Supervisors.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, confirming that all team members adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in safety incident investigations as required.
  • Engage in team and task group meetings aimed at enhancing processes, productivity, and quality.
  • Foster a respectful environment where all team members feel valued, regardless of their differences, and are encouraged to contribute to the overall success of the business.
