We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Product Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages and food products, adhering to company standards and recipes.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks cafe, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and support guest services.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
