Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality and Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our multi-unit organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing and mentoring Assistant General Managers (AGMs). You will be accountable for operational excellence, financial performance, and team development, aligning all locations with our company's vision and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Floor Management:
    • Actively work the floor at multiple locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent service, and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
    • Be a visible leader, setting the standard for hospitality, professionalism, and customer service.
    • Collaborate with staff to address operational issues in real time.
  • Leadership & Oversight:
    • Directly supervise and mentor the Assistant General Managers (AGMs) at all locations.
    • Develop AGMs into strong leaders through coaching, performance reviews, and hands-on training.
    • Act as a liaison between ownership and restaurant teams to communicate expectations and company goals.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage budgets, control labor costs, food costs, and overhead expenses to meet profitability goals.
    • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
    • Assist with inventory management, vendor relations, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Implement and enforce consistent systems, processes, and standards across all locations.
    • Uphold quality control for food, service, and cleanliness.
    • Conduct regular operational assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Building & Training:
    • Lead hiring, training, and retention efforts to build a strong, motivated team.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on growth and excellence.
    • Organize ongoing staff training to maintain high standards for hospitality and service.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest has a positive, memorable experience.
    • Address and resolve customer feedback promptly, using insights to enhance operations.
    • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the identity of each location.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in multi-unit restaurant operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgets, P&L analysis, and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $77,500 - $82,000 annually, based on your extensive experience and qualifications.
