Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at the Bronx Family Services Center. As an FFT Therapist, you will be responsible for providing model-adherent, culturally competent, and clinically oriented short-term treatment to families in the Bronx and Staten Island/Manhattan areas.

Responsibilities
  • Carry a caseload of approximately 8 FFT cases and attend all required trainings and staff meetings.
  • Implement the FFT treatment model with fidelity and adherence, ensuring simultaneous conversion of notes into the ACS ADVPO Progress Notes or Connections Progress Notes.
  • Complete all FFT assessment tools and enter them into the CSS system in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Educational and Employment specialists to monitor school attendance and develop education/vocational plans for youth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including outreach activities and crisis response.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work (MSW) or equivalent degree in a NYS license-eligible Mental Health profession.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with adolescents and families in a child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
