- Develop and maintain production schedules and reports.
- Provide training and guidance to production line personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazardous materials. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
