Job Overview

Southwood Realty is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for residents.

Key Job Functions:

  • Maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems
  • Completing service requests and following up with residents to ensure satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing property maintenance and improvement plans
  • Producing turns on vacant units within 5 working days
  • Maintaining at least 80% of vacant units in ready condition at all times

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED equivalent
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • CPO certification preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
