Job Title: Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our team at State Farm. As a member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve litigation goals
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in New York
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
