Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes. As a Private Duty LPN, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while also enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to provide the highest quality of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient health information and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to relate to and treat acutely ill/chronically ill patients/families and their particular problems.
  • Strong patient management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patient needs.
