Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Vidant Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services in accordance with the North Carolina Board of Nursing-Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Standards of Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyze assessment data to identify expected outcomes and develop a plan of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the identified needs of patients and families.
- Delegate tasks and activities as appropriate and governed by the NC Nurse Practice Act.
- Promote and evaluate the effective functioning of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- At least 1 year experience in an acute patient care setting.
