About the Role:

As a Data Scientist at Norstella, you will be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing pharma intelligence. We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML expert to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product partners to identify new opportunities to apply AI/ML to our content and products
- Conduct research and develop AI/ML algorithms and methods to solve specific business problems
- Contribute to the development of our common data science platform

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications and data-driven solutions
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Substantial depth and breadth in NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and other state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $130,000
