International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is seeking a highly motivated and spiritually gifted Ministry Leader to join our team in Ithaca, NY. As a key member of our ministry team, you will be responsible for launching and developing a thriving ministry location on campus, building relationships with university staff and students, and mobilizing volunteers to support our mission.

• Ministry Development: Launch your ministry location by building relationships with university staff, establishing partnerships with local churches, mobilizing volunteers, and hosting Bible studies and cultural events.
• Discipleship: Disciple at least one international student and share the gospel with them.
• Campus Engagement: Register IFI as a recognized student organization, maintain that registration, and maintain a good relationship with other campus international organizations.
• Financial and Prayer Partnerships: Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role by sharing the vision of the ministry.

• Adherence to IFI's Statement of Faith: Adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Evangelism and Hospitality: Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same.
• Organizational Skills: Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.

• Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people required.
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor degree.
• Cross-Cultural Ministry Experience: Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred.
