Clinical Manager RN: Women, Infants, and Children

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager RN to lead our Women's and Children's Services department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and business operations of our Labor and Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum, Well Baby Nursery, and NICU departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead a team of clinical professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to ensure effective talent management, education, and training.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Implement LEAN and quality initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut.
- 5-7 years of experience in progressive leadership roles in a comprehensive service line business and/or integrated health system.
- Advanced skills and training in financial analysis, budgeting, planning, and relevant computer applications.
