POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary duties of this role involve receiving, documenting, stocking, and distributing all freight and inventory items. This position plays a vital role in the organization and daily operations of the warehouse facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and log incoming Purchase Order items as well as packages for guests or employees.
  • Deliver household items to housekeeping staff and guests.
  • Ensure that housekeeping supply closets are immaculate and consistently replenished.
  • Monitor resort inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed.
  • Conduct inventory checks of all stock upon request.
  • Report any unsafe practices to the supervisor or human resources.
  • Engage in proactive team efforts to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • One year of driving experience is required, meeting company motor vehicle record standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while being detail-oriented.
  • Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Willingness to perform any reasonable task as requested by management.
  • Effective communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members.

Day shift with two days off during the week.
