Job Summary

Katalyst HealthCares & Life Sciences is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator 1 to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, shipment, and movement of raw materials, products, and waste within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Control and maintain accurate records of raw materials, products, and waste, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform tasks related to the receipt, shipment, and movement of goods, including operating equipment and machinery as needed.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records and warehouse operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize work based on customer needs and ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and documents, including inventory reports and transactional data, to support business decisions and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Basic PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) required. Knowledge of data collection devices and MRP systems a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and comprehend specifications, procedures, and use measuring devices and tools.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, walk, and stand on concrete surface for extended periods, with occasional lifting of objects up to a certain weight.
