Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Summary

At Bryan Health, we are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear medicine and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic studies.
• Performs and assists with nuclear medicine studies in hospital and at our outreach hospitals.
• Is responsible for patient safety protocols and maintains all federal, state, local, and regulatory agency requirements.

Requirements:

• High school graduate; bachelor's degree required.
• One year experience preferred as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Graduation from approved school of Radiology Sciences with certification in nuclear medicine.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)

Additional Requirements:

• Obtain license from the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts as Radiologic Technologist within 8 months of hire, if applicable for outreach services.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements for specialty (ies) as appropriate.
• Must obtain valid driver's license, insurance, and able to operate a motor vehicle.
