Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
