Toyota of Olympia is looking for an experienced Human Resources Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources and payroll functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems, with knowledge of Reynolds DMS software being a plus. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax filings 3 times a month.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on boarding of new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
