About the Role

KS Management Inc. is looking for a Community Association Manager to lead our residential communities' operational and financial aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet with vendors, community members, and the Board of Directors to discuss management reports and meeting agendas.
  2. Perform routine property inspections to identify rule and document violations.
  3. Ensure the Board is equipped to make informed decisions.
  4. Oversee budget creation, expenditures, payables, and receivables.
  5. Collect and organize documentation related to Association operations.
  6. Coordinate the bidding process, present results, and oversee vendor contracts.
  7. SUPERVISE MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS.

The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, ability to adhere to standard procedures, and follow through on multiple tasks.

Average work week consists of 45-50 hours, with occasional evening hours required for board meetings.
