We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at AllianceHealth Durant. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and assessing the needs of patients, formulating treatment plans, and providing therapy services defined in those plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop effective treatment plans
* Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
* Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care
* Supervise physical therapy assistants, aides, and athletic trainers as needed
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain high-quality care
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
* Master's degree preferred
* Certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
* Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of physical therapy
