Job Summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a variety of respiratory care procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medication and perform advanced respiratory care procedures
  • Monitor and manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation
  • Insert and maintain arterial lines and perform blood gas analysis
  • Provide patient education and support
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
  • Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
  • Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in performing professional respiratory duties
