Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Residence at Watertown Square, a senior living community operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and promote a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
  • Set tables according to LCB standards and serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
  • Review daily menus with residents and take and deliver accurate meal orders.
  • Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, and linen from the dining room as needed.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs and special events.
  • Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
  • Communicate resident likes and dislikes to food service director and/or dining room manager for menu planning purposes.
Requirements
  • Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
  • Focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
  • Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.
Physical Demands
  • Finger and hand dexterity to handle and manipulate instruments and equipment.
  • Visual and auditory acuity.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and carry objects.
  • Ability to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit, and stand.
  • Ability to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate.
