Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Telemetry department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
About the Role:- Lead a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
- Three years of progressive nursing experience, with at least two years in a leadership or management role.
