As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various tools and equipment, loading and unloading heavy materials, and following directions from supervisors and fusion technicians.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machines.
* Assist equipment operators, fusion technicians, and other skilled labor when necessary.
* Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
* Move tools, generators, etc. around the location and into trenches.
* Load or unload construction materials.
* Dig trenches and around buried piping.
* Remove, fill, or compact earth.
* Follow instructions from supervisors.
* Be ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
* Perform site clean-up.
* Clean, inventory, and put away tools and equipment.
* Perform PM on equipment.
* Engage in safety talks and work in a safe manner at all times.

Requirements:

* Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Background Check
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
* Ability to work in all weather conditions.
* Must be able to travel 100% and on the road for extended periods.
* Must be punctual and reliable.
* Experience in construction environments a plus.

Compensation:

* $17.50-$23.50 per hour
* $100 per day per diem
