Job Title: EMT, Paramedic, or LPN - Onsite Health Technician

Medcor is seeking a highly skilled EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to join our team as an Onsite Health Technician. This is a PRN (as-needed) position that requires flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:

The Onsite Health Technician will work collaboratively with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff to provide patient care, manage workers' compensation cases, and facilitate Return to Work (RTW) programs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and treatment according to Medcor's Evidence-Based Medicine protocols
  • Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Manage workers' compensation cases and facilitate RTW programs
  • Document patient care and treatment using state-of-the-art EMR software
  • Participate in daily operations and provide superior customer service to clients and employees
Requirements:
  • Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant occupational health experience
  • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care
