Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one treatment to patients and observe, record, and report their response to treatment
  • Use our Electronic Medical Record system for easy documentation
Requirements
  • Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current Certification of Competence (CCC)
  • Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Smartphone
  • Bilingual is a plus

FeldCare Connects is a referral network that connects clinicians with patients in their community. We contract with over 900 home health agencies throughout CA, AZ, TX, and FL, and our network allows home health agencies and hospices to give their patients access to the care they need.
