About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Ascension St. John. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the surgical operating suite with sterile drapes, solutions, and instruments.
  • Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures.
  • Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and draping.
  • Maintain instrument counts and organization throughout procedures.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Surgical Tech certification from NCCT or NBSTSA.
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience.
