Job Title: eDiscovery Systems Engineer

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Systems Engineer to support our litigation and investigation support practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and routine operation and maintenance of eDiscovery Review and Analysis platforms, such as Veritas eDiscovery Platform and Relativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support eDiscovery Review and Analysis platforms, performing Engineer/Administrator services in support of electronic discovery.
  • Ensure high availability and routine operation and maintenance of these systems, including training and developing standard operating procedures.
  • Identify innovative approaches to leverage technology in support of repeatable and defensible eDiscovery workflows.
  • Monitor failed system components and coordinate vendor and intra-agency support.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance.
  • FOUR (4) years of systems engineer/administrator experience.
  • Experience as systems administrator supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 in large physical and virtual infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly to translate customer requirements to technical requirements.
