  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Lowes Foods standards and protocols.
  • Product Preparation: Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, supervision, and team members, demonstrating excellent communication and guest service skills.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, as well as bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations, ability to read and understand information and direction, and demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
