Rx relief is seeking a skilled Pharmacist - PGY1 to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist - PGY1 to work in a dynamic hospital pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of common medications
  • Provide consultation on diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Examine patient charts and conduct evaluations to recommend a course of treatment
  • Administer medications and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Count, package, and label medications for prescriptions
  • Place orders for out of stock medications
  • Supervise and manage pharmacy techs and other employees
  • Select suitable alternatives to name brand medication
Requirements
  • Valid, clear, and active California Pharmacist license
  • Pharm D degree
  • At least 1 year of Pharmacist experience, with hospital experience preferred
  • Emergency Department experience a plus, with ED positions available
  • Entry Level position, with new graduates welcome
