Position Overview

We are currently in search of a full-time RN Team Manager to join a leading organization recognized nationally for its excellence in end-of-life care. Role Summary:
The Team Manager (TM) will oversee the daily operations of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective supervision, resource allocation, scheduling, and task assignments. The TM is committed to maintaining high standards of patient care in compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the TM will play a vital role in the recruitment process, while also developing, supervising, and mentoring clinical personnel. Continuous improvement initiatives will also be a key focus of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily updates to staff regarding patient admissions and care notes.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings to discuss patient care details.
  • Lead a team comprising Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and Licensed Practical Nurses.
  • Collaborate with admissions and intake teams to ensure smooth processing of documentation.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $86,000 to $93,000 annually.
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package available starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, and experience.
  • A current, active, and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with increasing managerial responsibilities is required, particularly in home health, hospice, oncology, or medical-surgical settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
