Key Responsibilities- Medical Surveillance and Physicals: Conduct medical surveillance and physicals for employees at client locations, including medical evaluations and health assessments.
- Injury Care and Treatment: Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, providing critical thinking and clinical expertise to conduct risk and health assessments, and document and follow up as needed.
- Program Workflows and Protocols: Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures, including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management.
- Preventative and Restorative Services: Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees, including job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Licensure: Licensed/certified LPN or RN.
- Experience: 2 years providing occupational health services or other related experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft programs, ability to develop meaningful professional relationships with clients, ability to execute on performance goals, ability to work with AWS site personnel and client personnel, comfortable presenting to groups, and strong verbal and presentation skills.
