Job Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our residents with daily activities, such as grooming, quality of life, and self-care. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide comprehensive care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting them safely
  • Support residents with grooming, hygiene, and personal care
  • Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and charts in a timely manner

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, preferred
  • No history of abuse or misconduct
  • The ability to read, write, and understand written and oral directions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
