Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our patients in an in-home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Treat Patients: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Implement Therapy Programs: Design and deliver speech therapy interventions to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance and optimize independence.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with our Regional Director of Therapy Operations and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Provide Education and Training: Educate patients and caregivers on skills and functions essential for promoting quality, independence, and productivity.
  • Manage Patient Care: Ensure proper execution and maintenance of speech and other wellness programs, and make clinically necessary referrals to other disciplines as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid State License: Must hold a valid State Speech Language Pathologist and Audiology license/certification.
  • CPR Certification: Must hold current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of geriatric experience, with a strong interest in dementia care and lymphedema management.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and lifting up to 10 pounds. The ability to climb and balance, stoop, kneel, talk or hear, and taste or smell is also required.
