Job Description

At Northstar Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled physical therapist to join our team. As an outpatient facility specializing in orthopedic injuries, we require a professional who can perform evaluations and supervision visits for our patient population.

We are looking for a positive and energetic individual who can work effectively with our nurse practitioner, admin assistant, and physical therapy assistant. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and supervision visits for patients with orthopedic injuries
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably with orthopedic injuries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
