Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Samaritan Lebanon. As a key member of our Respiratory Therapy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care services to critical and non-critical patients across all age groups and patient populations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment and diagnostic patient care services to patients in critical and non-critical care settings, utilizing evidence-based techniques related to the cardiopulmonary system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, ensuring proper function and safety standards are met.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT) is required.
  • Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License is required.
  • Healthcare Provider AHA BLS certification is required.
  • Two (2) years clinical experience in Respiratory Care is preferred.
