Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced RN with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic Med Surg environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will utilize your clinical expertise and strong communication skills to advocate for patients, families, and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and Develop Individualized Care Plans: Utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Patient Safety and Quality: Anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, take prompt action to mitigate risks, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Clinical Expertise: Leverage evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality patient care, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Experience: Previous OR experience is required; Open Heart Surgery experience is preferred.
