Job Opportunity: Estate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of three private homes in Aspen, CO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end estates and possess excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive household systems and maintenance plans.
  • Lead a team of housekeepers and vendors to ensure peak operational performance.
  • Manage all aspects of property administration, including project management and financial oversight.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with the family office and service providers.
  • Provide exceptional guest services as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in estate management or luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record of managing high-end estates with stellar references.
  • Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:

Competitive salary of $175,000, depending on experience, with an exceptional benefits package, including health insurance. Housing assistance is available.
