- Develop proper repair plans for each vehicle based on necessary repairs.
- Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies promptly.
- Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Ensure quality control during the repair process.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations when delivering the vehicle back to the customer.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of CCC estimate software is a plus.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
