Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates according to vehicle guidelines and repair procedures.
  • Offer initial and supplemental estimates to customers during the repair stages.
  • Develop proper repair plans for each vehicle based on necessary repairs.
  • Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies promptly.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Ensure quality control during the repair process.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations when delivering the vehicle back to the customer.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CCC estimate software is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
