We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical RN Coordinator to join our Same Day Surgery team at Centennial Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.
Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions during designated shifts.
- Function as a resource person for staff members and assist in necessary education of individual members of the nursing staff.
- Assume responsibility for the overall quality of nursing care provided when on duty.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required on hire.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of SAME DAY SURGERY or critical care preferred.
- Six months leadership/management experience is required.
