Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stylist to join our team. As a Stylist at Supercuts, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our guests, including haircuts, color, and highlights. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using proprietary tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest's needs and preferences
  • Perform hair services, including haircuts, color, and highlights, to the highest standards
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques

Requirements

  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for sustained periods and perform repetitive movements
