Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at their homes to discuss their lawn care needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other members of the sales team to share best practices, collaborate on sales initiatives, and support each other in achieving sales objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required; subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record check.
