Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide psycho-education to patients and families, promoting empowerment and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive assessments and discharge plans.
  • Participate in annual facility and department-specific competency trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a recognized mental health discipline with appropriate licensure (LCSW, LSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist).
  • Minimum two years of prior work experience in mental health.
  • Certification or successful completion of training within three months of start date.
