Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to join our team at The Children's Place. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
About the Position:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment, including working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Meet or exceed sales performance targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and provide assistance as needed.
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and maneuver on sales floor and stockroom.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary:
The salary for this role is $42,000 per year, based on location and experience.
