Neuroimaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuroradiologist to join our team at Virginia Jobs. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for providing expert imaging interpretation and performing image-guided procedures for diagnostic purposes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neuroradiology, with expertise in CT, MR, perfusion imaging, and MR spectroscopy. You will work closely with neurologists, neurosurgeons, ENT specialists, and oncologists to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to research initiatives.

• Provide training to medical students, residents, and fellows in neuroradiology
• Conduct research in collaboration with specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, and oncology
• Participate in academic service-related activities, including committee work and professional growth
• Interpret imaging studies for assigned modalities and provide high-quality patient care

• ABR certification or documentation of passing the Core Component of the ABR Board examination
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
• Experience working in a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment
• Eligibility for a Virginia medical license and permanent employment in the USA

• Special interest in consulting with research investigators and referring providers
