Beverage Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Connoisseur to join our team at Acme Ventures LLC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages to our guests in a fast-paced, upscale establishment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant and possess in-depth knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.

You will provide exceptional service while showcasing expertise in mixology and beverage knowledge, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and completing prep and stocking tasks.

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and creative cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks.
• Interact with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about the menu, and make personalized drink suggestions based on their preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring that glasses, utensils, and other bar tools are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other necessary ingredients, ensuring availability throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Strong understanding of various types of alcoholic beverages, including wine, spirits, beer, and liqueurs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
