Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clinic activities, including staff scheduling and management
  • Direct provider and patient relations, ensuring seamless interactions and exceptional outcomes
  • Oversee billing and collections processes, maintaining accurate records and optimizing revenue streams
  • Hire and train staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Maintain credentials and licensures of clinic staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings and provide training opportunities to enhance professional development

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current healthcare professional level CPR certification from a reputable organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multitask and troubleshoot problems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, exemplifying exceptional customer service

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
