Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Applebee's. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring they have a great experience in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and ensuring they are properly handled
  • Working with your team members to ensure our guests leave satisfied
  • Serving food, drinks, and accommodating guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • 1+ year of cook/kitchen/prep experience preferred, but not required
  • Attention to detail and a drive to create high-quality, delicious food
  • Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
